Latest about World XI tour of Pakistan


Since 2009 When Srilankan team was attacked in Lahore International cricket has been rare in Pakistan The only team visited Pakistan since then was Zimbabwe in 2015 after huge amount was paid But Pakistan cricket board is trying hard to convince international team to tour Pakistan,The big breakthrough PCB(Pakistan cricket board) got when they staged PSL2 (Pakistan Super league) final in Lahore Where many big names including two time world t20 winner captain Darren Sammy, Marlon Sammuels and many other international cricketers performed in front of full packed stadium with cricket passionate nation,Where top ICC(international Cricket Council) officials,and Chiefs of many cricket boards were invited to check the arrangements of security in order to convince them to send their teams, The main out Back came from that, was ICC decided to send world XI to Pakistan where some big names will be featured according to PCB officials, the tour is scheduled to take place in September,but the latest blow came when ICC chairman postpond its tour due political instability, and official security approval from provinsional government has yet to be taken when only 6 weeks are left to schedule However The PCB chairman stated that he has “heard that Hashim Amla, Michael Clarke, along with New Zealander Luke Ronchi and Australian Tim Paine, are going to be part of the team” And Andy flower will be coach the World XI team,
